THE VILLA
Chandrala Villa has absolutely all the ingredients to make your vacation a complete success! It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a gorgeous king size poster bed and his own bathroom with ocean view. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined upon request. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The second and third bedrooms share one bathroom. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.

FACILITIES
The villa has a spacious center area, which serves as living, dining and open kitchen. It is beautiful and comfortably furnished with dark furniture and colorful accessories and decorations. The living area has a satellite television with build in DVD and VCR. Unlike most rental villas on the island, this one does have air-conditioning in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, wine cooler, and more. Guests are also welcome to use the washer and dryer. Meals can be consumed at the dining table in the indoor dining area or at the dining table on the terrace with beautiful ocean view. There is a small swimming pool with lounge chairs on the terrace where you can cool down and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

From this villa you’ll be five minutes walk away from a beautiful white sand beach, and all the amenities at Sunset Waters Beach Resort, including water sports facilities, tennis court, miniature golf course, dive facility and a tropical restaurant with live entertainment. Upon check-in at the villa guests must go to the lobby of the hotel to collect a wristband, which will entitle them to usage of all facilities of the hotel during their stay. Consumption of beverages and meals at the hotel are not included. An account however can be opened at the restaurant upon request.

CLEANING
Chandrala Villa is cleaned once a week. Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the cleaner.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.

ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to the island our hostess will wait for the guests at the villa, or she will meet them at the airport if escort service is requested. The hostess will show the villa to the guests and give them the key. The guests will need to complete a check-in form, which the hostess will keep. The guests are responsible for the villa during their stay. A credit card is required as a deposit when guests check in. Electrical meter reading will be taken at check-in and again at check-out. Over usage of electricity is due to hostess on check-out date, either in cash or can be charged to credit card.

The prices are:
1) Per night prices. Week rate is 7 times the night rate.
2) Including cleaning, linen, water and electricity up to 450 KWh per week. Extra consumption will be charged separately according to meter reading. Cost for extra electricity is US$ 0.40 per Kwh.
3) Subject to 5% tax.
4) Minimum stay is 5 nights. During holidays: 7 nights.
