Alablanca Villa

It’s approximately 15 miles from the airport, 25 miles from downtown, and only minutes from Christofel Park, a protected wildlife preserve and garden covering 4,500 acres of land and featuring great hiking, mountain biking, car tours and nature walks. Picturesque mountains, bays, cliffs and quiet waters surround this location on Curacao's Gold Coast.

FACILITIES
Those who enjoy tranquility, gorgeous sunset, excellent diving and natural surroundings, will truly enjoy Alablanca Villa. From this villa you’ll be less than five minutes walk away from a beautiful white sand beach, and all the amenities at Sunset Waters Beach Resort, including water sports facilities, tennis court, miniature golf course, dive facility and a tropical restaurant with live entertainment. Alablanca Villa guests can make use of the gorgeous swimming pool at Sunset Waters Beach Resort. Upon check-in at the villa guests must go to the lobby of the hotel to collect a wristband, which will entitle them to usage of all facilities of the hotel during their stay. Guests can also open an account at the restaurant.

THE VILLA
This 3-bedroom/ 3-bathroom house is large enough to sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, build-in closet with safe deposit box, ocean view, double sink, shower with ocean view, and a small private side terrace also with ocean view.  The second bedroom has two adjoined single beds, build-in closet, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds (can be joined) and build-in closet. Guests staying in the third bedroom can use the bathroom in the entrance hallway. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The furnishings in Alablanca Villa have a fresh tropical feel. Both dining area and terrace have tables for four and six where guests can savor their meals while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The villa is fully equipped and includes cable TV (only in master bedroom), CD stereo, barbeque grill, and lounge chairs (2). The spacious center area of the house serves as living, dining and open kitchen. This room is not air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and more. There’s also a washing machine in the side patio for your convenience. The large glass sliding doors separate the living area from the covered back patio, which gives this house an indoor/outdoor atmosphere. 

CLEANING
Alablanca Villa is cleaned once a week (midweek). Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the cleaner. 

household items
Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.
 

ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to the island our hostess will wait for the guests at the villa, or she will meet them at the airport if escort service is requested. The hostess will show the villa to the guests and give them the key. The guests will need to complete a check-in form, which the hostess will keep. The guests are responsible for the villa during their stay. A credit card imprint is required as a deposit when guests check in. At check out the hostess will inspect the villa for damage, if there are no problems the credit card imprint will be destroyed.
