Gayplaces2rent.com requires owners/managers/agents who list their properties on this website to embrace and adhere to similar anti-discrimination policies and to observe any such policy in effect in their town, city, county, state, province and country.

The purpose of gayplaces2rent.com is to provide a unique, technologically up-to-date, on-line venue where gay and lesbian travelers looking for a vacation rental home can browse for property listings on a worldwide basis paid for and placed by non-discriminating straight & gay-friendly or gay property owners.

Owners, property managers and/or agents are solely responsible for keeping their information displayed on gayplaces2rent.com current and up-to-date, including, but not limited to any and all representations about the property, its amenities, location, and its availability for a specific date or range of dates. Gayplaces2rent.com makes no representation or warranties that any of the copy or availability information published on the website is accurate or up-to-date.
Personal Responsibility
As a potential renter, you are urged to thoroughly investigate all statements make by property owners or agent/managers in their on-line property listings and/or in verbal or written correspondence. Gayplaces2rent.com exercises no control nor verification on the accuracy of any information displayed as it is not under the control of gayplaces2rent.com but provided by individual property owners and managers/agents. We encourage that you request additional photos and information or reviews from past renters. As always, travel insurance is recommended for your protection.
Written Rental Agreements
Gayplaces2rent.com recommends potential renters to insist on a written property lease/rental agreement from the property owner(s) or leasing agent(s). This agreement should also spell out clearly what the Refund/Cancellation policy for the property in question is. Such policies are determined by property owners and will vary significantly from property to property. Under no circumstances is gayplaces2rent.com responsible for deposit refunds nor any other aspect of your vacation rental agreement.
License and Ownership
Any and all intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property”) associated with the gayplaces2rent.com website and its contents (the “Content”) are the sole property of GP2R, Inc., its affiliates or third parties. The Content is protected by copyright and other laws in both the United States and other countries. Elements of the website are also protected by trade dress, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. All custom graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the website are trademarks of gayplaces2rent.com and GP2R, Inc., and may not be used or interfered with in any manner without the express written consent of gayplaces2rent.com. Except as otherwise expressly authorized by these Terms & Conditions, You may not copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or distribute the Intellectual Property of the website in any way without gayplaces2rent.com’s prior written permission. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gayplaces2rent.com from any and all claims and suits that may arise from the unauthorized use of images by third parties.
Modifications
Gayplaces2rent.com may revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of the website after any changes to these Terms & Conditions will mean you accept those changes. Any aspect of the website may be changed, supplemented, deleted, updated or the whole website even terminated without notice at the sole discretion of gayplaces2rent.com. Gayplaces2rent.com may also change or impose fees for services provided through the website at any time in its sole discretion.
Restrictions on use of the website
In addition to other restrictions set forth in these Terms & Conditions, you agree that:

We keep a “clean” house...so should you
Gayplaces2rent.com reserves the right to edit or delete content uploaded by property owners and managers/agents. Any content (text, hypertext links to other websites and/or images) considered by gayplaces2rent.com to be offensive will be edited or removed, or in extreme cases, the entire listing removed. Sorry but listings removed for inappropriate content will not be eligible for a refund. We insist that property owners/agents/managers refrain from using images containing ANY form of nudity to showcase their property.
Payment
Payment for property listings on gayplaces2rent.com must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) by means of a valid major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or a PayPal account.
Refund Policy
There will be no refund of fees, when you, the property owner/agent/manager, sign up with Gayplaces2rent.com. Listings are sold to run for one (1) full calendar year effective from the time of purchase. You are paying to not only have your property listed on our website to a global audience, but you also pay to have your listing page created and your account managed. Same policy applies for listed properties which have been taken off of the rental market or have been sold. In case of the latter, we always suggest providing the new owners with your UserID and account information as a courtesy so they can use up the remainder of your paid-up term. Gayplaces2rent.com reserves the right to refuse any listing submitted through its on-line submission process for no reason. Refusals done ONLY on new listings upon review by Gayplaces2rent.com within 24 hours from the recorded time of purchase will be eligible for a refund of paid fees less a $15 administrative fee.
Limitation of Liability
Gayplaces2rent.com makes no guarantee that the operation of the website will be without interruption or error-free. This includes the transmission of email inquiries. In no event shall gayplaces2rent.com be held liable to the listing property owner, manager and/or agent for incidental, consequential or indirect damages, including lost profits. In the event the operators of gayplaces2rent.com are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God, or negligence, neither gayplaces2rent.com or it owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated unused fees paid by the client.
Jurisdiction
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the alleged breach thereof, shall be brought before the Courts of record in the State of Florida in Broward County, Florida. This Agreement and all transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
