Private Beach / Designer's Compound

Glamour is laced with the sensual qualities of intimate relaxation, and this residence is filled with amenities liken to that of a luxurious spa.

The Great Room: is a clean cut contemporary space, designer sofas, white leather chairs, see through fireplace to pool and a black Art Deco parlor Grand Piano overlooks the pool, sculpture and gardens.

Dining: An enormous dining room with vaulted ceilings that seats six to sixteen guests comfortably.

Kitchen: A gourmet chef's kitchen: fully equipped, two stoves, two refrigerators, micro wave, one rotisserie oven and two dishwashers. 

 Pool Area: "Glamorous" a cross between old Hollywood and South Beach. Twelve foot tall white chiffon drapes and black and white canvas surround the pool area and reflecting pond. The pool features a 2-sided glass enclosed reflectory pond with solid 12 foot tall sheets of water cascading into the pool.

A Spiral Staircase: takes you to a large roof sun deck with views of the lighthouse.

Roof Sun Deck: 360 degree panoramic with seating provided with lounges, deck chairs and umbrella. Water provided on roof to cool off.

 Master:The first master (King Size Bed) in the main house has three entrances.  Amenities: Television/DVD, private accommodation bar, fireplace, overlooking Spa. The master contemporary bathroom is Verdi marble and crème limestone all in marble, outdoor lanai. Pedestal his and hers sinks, cable television.  Master closet has 40 feet of hanging space.

Second Master Guest Suite: The second master (Queen Size Bed) has fourteen foot tall ceilings, an amazing view of the pool and reflection pond. Fabricated in Crocodile, the bed is flanked by exotic panels. Amenities: Television/DVD, private accommodation bar with refrigerator.  The bathroom has Crocodile hide walls, a craved glass ceiling. Burl wood crown moldings and cabinets.  Jacuzzi tub with gold fixtures, and cable television.

Guest Room: contemporary in feeling with a bleached tongue and groove ceiling is outfitted with twin beds and has its own entrance to the pool area.

Cabana Guest Suite: The 12’ ceilings, built in bar, queen size pull – out sofa bed, with 16’of glass overlooking the pool.  The full bath room with a stall shower features an Italian pedestal sink and marble floors.
