Upon your arrival, all it takes is a moment to see what makes the Peninsula the ideal vacation venue and our home there truly exceptional.

On the south side of the 21st floor in the new River Tower, our vistas are simply spectacular and seemingly unbeatable. From the living and dining areas, scan the Bay of Banderas all the way from the lush Sierra Madre mountains, soaring above old Puerto Vallarta, to the distant banks of Punta de Mita. Similarly breathtaking views of both the ocean and mountains are enjoyed from the master and second bedroom suites, while an additional master suite captures the city lights against expansive verdant mountains – all framed by floor-to-ceiling windows of glass and a wrap-around deck.

Once inside you’ll find warm and tasteful spaces of over 3,300 total square feet, professionally decorated with a modern but Mexican flare, in a brand new contemporary complex that's only minutes to the old town, the marina, and the airport, yet secluded at the end of the large Peninsula beach.

Our great room, in festive yellow and orange tones, has two matching wicker couches, two large chairs, a 50" plasma with over 70 cable channels, and iPod docking tower for music. The corner dinning room with panoramic views on two sides seats eight to ten at a natural stone table with matching wood and wicker chairs, and the granite bar seats five on modern leather stools. The kitchen includes a SubZero built-in refrigerator, with ultra violet water purification system for water and ice, an oven, a five-burner Meile stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster.

The master suite, designed in bright yellows and tropical greens, has a king bed (Simmons/Grand Dubai, 600 thread count sheets), large closets, natural stone rain shower, granite counters, jetted tub, large sitting area and 32" LCD. The second master suite, in bright reds and orange tones, has the same king bed and fittings, large closets, a natural stone rain shower, granite counters and 32" LCD. The third bedroom suite in deep purples with light browns has two double beds with its own full bathroom of the same stone shower and granite counters. A fourth interior bedroom, ideal for children or a youth, has a pull-out double bed in contrasting shades of blue and shares a complete bathroom and shower with the entire unit. The laundry room includes a new large-capacity washer and dryer.

The Peninsula has a two-story glass atrium lobby, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a business center with computers and wireless internet access, private movie theater, spa facilities, library, and a lounge. The property is monitored by security 24 hours a day. For convenience, you’ll also find all the amenities you’re looking for, including both fine and more modest dining, shopping, modern grocery stores, and entertainment, all reasonably priced, and all within walking distance or a very short and inexpensive cab ride away, eliminating the need for a rental car.

Prior to your arrival, our personal greeter will meet you to ensure you're settled in and comfortable, and, for weekly rentals, stock your kitchen with any groceries you'd like. We will provide maid service prior to your arrival and on departure. Children are very welcome and we most certainly are gay friendly, but smoking and pets are not allowed.
