Situated off the scenic coastal road, the house offers breathtaking views of Playa Espadilla and the main offshore island. A beautiful large hammock deck, high ceilings and large screened windows create a spacious and airy atmosphere, beautiful hardwoods, local pottery and halogen accent lighting enhance the interior.
Fully furnished and equipped, our VILLITA offers one bedroom*, one bathroom with a great shower and hot water, a large living room / complete kitchen / dining area (Stereo w/iPod-conn. / cable TV / Telephone, Washing Machine, BBQ).
*The living room features a convertible couch (double size) and a sofa (single size), which can be used as extra beds, if privacy is not much of an issue.

CENTRAL PACIFIC COAST
QUEPOS (a 25 min. flight from San Jose, 3 hours by car), is a sport-fishing town and the commercial center of the area (shopping / markets / medical center / banks / car rentals / casino, etc.)
MANUEL ANTONIO, 3 Miles south of Quepos, is Costa Rica's most exciting tropical coastal region graced with several off-shore islands and truly famous MANUEL ANTONIO NATIONAL PARK - world renowned for its beautiful white sand beaches, the monkeys, an amazing variety of wildlife and fauna - a true jungle paradise showcasing the area's natural magnificence.

BEACHES:
We are overlooking the northern part of Manuel Antonio's main beach, Playa Espadilla, just 3/4 of a mile down our coastal road. Continuing south are 3 more white sand beaches within the park area, as well as romantic Playa Biezanz a few miles north.
Within walking distance are many of M.A's best restaurants, cafes and shops.


RATES:

High season: $140 /night (Nov 20 - Dec 20 and Jan 5 through Apr)
Mid season: $120 /night (May through Aug)
Low season: $90 /night (Sept through Nov 19)
Peak season: $200 /night (2 blocks / Dec 20 - 28 and Dec 28 - Jan 5)

Rates are for 2 guests. Each additional person over 6 years (2 max.) per day : $20 / $30 / $40 / $60 (low / mid / high / peak).
You can start and finish your window with any day of the week and we charge 'per night', so there is no need to rent week-long increments (4-night minimum / except peak-season).
TAXES are included
DEPOSITS: 50% to book, balance is due 30 days prior to date of occupancy (90%refundable only if rebooked for same time).
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 due one week before arrival. Fully refundable.
